Management Team

Anthony Temple, Managing Director

With over 30 years of senior management and consumer products brand and licensing experience, Anthony was the founding partner of the Designs Rights International Group plc (DRi) in 1988. He is also the Managing Director of Rainbow Designs, a leading UK character soft toy company.

Alicia Davenport, Licensing Director

Alicia has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in the licensing industry. Starting her career with Licensing Management International (LMI), she moved to NFL Properties, managing its European licensing business, before joining DRi in 2000.

Jim Helmore, Creative Services Manager

Responsible for all aspects of creative development, style guide generation and product approval management, Jim joined DRi in 2002. He has 20 years of design and product development experience, beginning at CPLG, prior to heading up the approvals team at BKN International.

Alice Lane, Licensing and Marketing Executive

Alice joined DRi in June 2018 after finishing her Marketing degree, which included a one year internship working for M&S, Watermelon and Fluid World.
