DRi Licensing’s iconic and much-loved property Miffy continues to flourish with the launch of multiple apparel ranges in babywear, girls and ladies fashion from some of the industry’s leading licensees.
The timeless brand has huge resonance with the consumer, inspiring loyalty and genuine affection across the generations. A long-established success on the high street, Miffy’s continued fashion relevance is testament to her simple yet modern design, with the distinctive illustrations translating well into stylish and eye catching designs.
The first new year arrival in baby and kids fashion is from Tobias & The Bear. Available online and in high end boutiques, the cute-meets-cool unisex collection features ethically-produced premium quality pieces including bodysuits and bibs, t-shirt and jogger sets and baby bedding, all in Tobias & the Bear’s signature handwriting.
Cute white bunny Miffy continues to develop in H&M. With ranges for babies and kids aged newborn to 12 years, the newest additions include three-piece jersey sets, tops, bodysuits, socks and briefs.
Launching from spring for the youngest of Miffy fans are new baby lines from Dennicci, including sleepsuits, three-piece sets and an adorable knitted Miffy novelty cardigan with cute bunny ears.
New licensees for girls daywear, nightwear and socks are Cooneen and Misirli, and Global and Fashion UK. Miffy ladies lines include T-shirts from Truffle Shuffle, nightwear from Poetic Brands and BCI, and socks from Roy Lowe.
Alicia Davenport, Licensing Director at DRi said, “Miffy’s simplicity and minimalist style lends itself perfectly to fashion and it’s exciting to see the apparel programme expanding further. 2018 looks set to be a fantastic year for Miffy and we’re delighted to be welcoming these new apparel licensees on board,” added Alicia.
