An interactive, ‘Sensory Miffy, designed to help children learn about the body, is making its UK debut at Toy Fair.
Rainbow Designs’ Sensory Miffy is a pre-school toy based on the character featured in the successful Tiny Pop series ‘Miffy’s Adventures Big and Small’.
Pre-schoolers simply touch Miffy’s hand, foot, tummy, ear, mouth, eye or head and she will name the body part that’s been pressed.
Sensory Miffy also plays the theme tune from the CGI-animated Miffy series when the button on her dress is pressed.
The 14 interactive sensors help to stimulate pre-schoolers’ touch and hearing senses, and encourage them to learn about the body as they play.
Anthony Temple, Rainbow Designs’ Managing Director said, “Sensory Miffy is a fantastic pre-school product which plays to two strengths: Miffy’s enduring appeal as a pre-school character and the popularity of Tiny Pop’s Miffy series.
“We’re delighted to be launching Sensory Miffy at this year’s Toy Fair and we’re confident that retailers, parents and children alike will love this innovative and educational toy,” added Anthony.
Retailers and Miffy fans can look forward to more Miffy toys from Rainbow based on the Tiny Pop series launching later this year. The Miffy brand is managed by DRi Licensing.
